Q. What Hours is Rocky Mountain Car Wash Open in Pinedale, WY? A. We are open 24/7! The car wash lot and the self-serve bays are well lit at night so our customers can wash any time. We only close the wash on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. We also occasionally have to close during sustained sub-zero temperatures in the winter to protect our equipment and plumbing.

Q. What Hours is the Laundromat Open at Rocky Mountain Car Wash in Pinedale, WY? A. The Pinedale car wash location is our only location with a laundromat, it is open 24/7! Inside the laundromat we offer cable TV, a bathroom for customers, free WiFi, and laundry care products through a vending machine (this include things like detergent, dryer sheet, etc.)

Q. Are the Vacuums Free at Rocky Mountain Car Wash in Pinedale, WY? A. Yes! Our vacuums are free and available for use 24/7.

Q. How Tall are the Self-Serve Bays at Rocky Mountain Car Wash in Pinedale WY? A. The self-serve bays have a clearance of 11 feet and can fit oversized vehicles including RVs, semis, boats, trailers, etc. The Pinedale location also has one self-serve bay that does have a clearance of 14 feet. Each bay has a clearance sign posted above the bay to let customers know how tall the bay is.

Q. Is There an Attendant on Site at Rocky Mountain Car Wash in Pinedale WY? A. All our locations are staffed every day! Staff is on-site between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm in the winter and between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm in the summer.

Q. Do Dually Trucks Fit in the Automatic Bays? A. Our automatic bay that is attached to the self-serve bays does fit duallys! Our automatic bay that is attached the the laundromat however does not. There is clear signage letting customers know which bay does not fit duallys.

Q. How Do I Sign Up for the Monthly Membership? A. You can easily sign up for the monthly membership by downloading the EverWash app onto your phone. Once you have the app downloaded you just create an account, find the nearest Rocky Mountain Car Wash location to you, and select your wash plan. The monthly membership allows users to wash their car once a day, every day!

Q. If I Don’t Have a Smart Phone or I Want to Pay with Cash, Can I Still Get a Monthly Membership? A. The membership is administered through an app called EverWash. Members can only use the membership if they download the app on their phone and pay with a credit card through the app.

Q. Why was I Charged an Extra $22 After Using a Self-Serve Bay? A. The $22 “charge” you see on your account is not a charge and should still be pending. Your bank authorizes your card when you swipe it in a self-serve bay to ensure you have enough funds in your account. This should only pend on your account for 24-48 hours.
